Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet entered production. If you need to cancel for any reason please cancel immediately or within 8 hours or less of placing your order, we still cannot guarantee that it will be successfully cancelled as our warehouse syncing process is very quick, and orders will often enter (and sometimes finish) production in under 24 hours
If orders are successfully cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Returns
Our items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds on orders if the error is not the responsibility of Custom Wisdom Jewelry. However, in extreme cases like credit card fraud, multiple remakes, or an issue in the fault of Custom Wisdom Jewelry; your order would be eligible for a refund. By making a purchase with us, you agree to this policy. This policy applies to all products and services offered by our company.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here support@customwisdomjewelry.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
